License Agreement

The following is a legal agreement between you or the organization which you represent or your employer, other entity on whose behalf you are entering into this agreement (hereinafter as “you”) and ZandArtwork Studio, as the licensor hereunder (hereinafter as “ZandArtwork”), and determines terms and conditions under which you use photos, vector images, AI layered templates , PSD layered templates or other materials (hereinafter as “File” or “Files” or “Artwork(s)”) downloaded on ZandArtwork 's shopping websites  (hereinafter as “Site”: www.tshirtdesignworld.com) or otherwise made available to you through site. By downloading any File, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement (hereinafter as “Agreement”).

ZandArtwork reserves the right to make changes, additions, corrections and edits to this Agreement in separate parts or in whole at any time and you agree to be bound by such changes. Such changes are legitimate and effective from the moment of their publication. If, for whatever reason, you disagree with this Agreement and do not accept its terms, you may not enter the Site and use its resources.

 

Royalty-Free license

  1. The Royalty-Free license grants you : the purchaser , an ongoing non-exclusive worldwide license to use the downloaded File for the print on garments in both personal and commercial projects .
  2. You can print downloaded file(s) on your t-shirts and sell printed t-shirts on your stores with out any limitation.
  3. You can modify any files to your liking to fit into your project, we are however not legally liable for any misuse of our files.
  4. You can not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license our digital files (artworks) to any other t-shirt printing and graphic aseet online stores (where selling graphic files not printed t-shirts ) .This includes uploading our files to another websites or media-sharing tool, and offering our files as a separate attachment from any of your work. If you do plan, we ask of you to contact us to determine the proper use of our files before doing so.

 License aspects:

You are ALLOWED to:

  • Use the artwork(s) for multiple times
  • Use the artwork(s) with out time limitation: no limit , No time limit on when the buyer can use a file.
  • Use non-exclusvie that means no one can have exclusive rights of a Royalty-free file .
  • Use the artwork(s) with out a limited edition print run : unlimited (Print the artwork in an UNLIMITED number of copies)

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

  • Resell the artwork(s) in digital format exactly as it is shown on our site , on another printing or graphic resources online stores.
  • Transfer (upload) artwork(s) to other printing sites or companies that can use the graphics for commercial use (for example: Spreadshirt , Spreadshop,Creativemarket ,Graphicriver , etc. , the global markets for digital assets in T-Shirt & graphic design industry)
